855 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 855 platform. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account or using the 855 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
To use the 855 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Aged 18 or above at the time of account registration.
- Legally eligible under Malaysian law to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not listed among individuals banned by 855 for prior breaches of terms.
- Using the platform for personal purposes only and not on behalf of any third party without written authorisation.
855 reserves the right to reject any individual's registration application without providing a reason.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 855 platform. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure without notice.
You must use your full legal name as it appears on your official Malaysian identity document. This information is required for identity verification and payment processing purposes.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 855 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact the 855 support team immediately at [email protected]. Change your password right away and do not share your login details with anyone.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 855 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered under their own name.
Deposit
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to thresholds set by 855 and may change from time to time.
- 855 is not liable for any deposit delays caused by third parties, including banks and digital wallet providers.
- Any attempt to make a deposit using a payment method that does not belong to you is strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stipulated by 855, subject to successful identity verification.
- 855 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or a breach of terms.
- All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name.
Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits
Prohibited Use
Users are prohibited from doing the following on the 855 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes.
- Abusing promotions or bonus offers in a dishonest manner.
- Transferring account balance to another user without 855's approval.
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.
855 Liability Limits
855 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform. The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuity of service, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose.
855's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the date on which the claim arises.
Account Suspension, Intellectual Property & Amendments to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
855 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any of the stated terms. Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a breach of terms may be forfeited upon completion of an internal investigation.
Users whose accounts have been closed due to a breach of terms are not permitted to re-register using different personal information.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 855 platform are the exclusive property of 855 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The 855 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. 855 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
855 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
